Lucas Djin Ito Santiago - Graduated from EAESP-FGV in business administration, I have always had an entrepreneurial passion. During my graduation, I was president and structured three student entities (ITCP-FGV, LIDEN - Liga das Entities and The FGV Consulting Club) which experienced intense periods of prosperity during my tenures, and today I am the student who had the most leadership positions in Student Entities from school.

I have great interest in making a better world and this has been my mission since I was little, however I consider myself a sensible and thoughtful person, understanding that the market has complex dynamics and demands, so I consider the power to understand the whole picture very important. , maintain dialogue with all stakeholders, assume mistakes and change direction when necessary.
